Offer accepted
Brett reviews the purchase agreement, finalizes your rate strategy, and formally opens your loan file. You get a clear checklist of anything still needed.
Processing & appraisal
Fairway orders the appraisal and the processing team assembles your complete file. Brett keeps you posted so no news never feels like bad news.
Underwriting
An underwriter reviews everything against program guidelines. A few follow-up requests here are completely normal — respond fast and things keep moving.
Clear to close
The magic words. Your closing disclosure arrives at least three days before signing so you can review final numbers with zero surprises.
Keys 🔑
You sign, the loan funds, and the house is yours. Brett stays your lender for life — questions, refinance checkups, whatever you need down the road.
